Today's economy has caused the corporate sector to scale down their workforce. This has resulted in organization s finding it difficult to release skill trades and maintenance personnel for training. ICR's Learning Institute offers a comprehensive Mentor/Training program as a solution to this ever-growing problem. We begin by assessing the various applications throughout the plant, interviewing the intended audience, identifying each student's skill gap, and designing a training program tailored to each individuals learner's needs. ICR's Learning Institute will then assign an instructor, with the necessary qualifications, to mentor each student by working side-by-side with him/her in their normal working environment, providing on-the-job, plan specific training geared to address the skill gap of each individual student.
